Flamig Farm “Egg ‘N Dog” Sandwich
- 1 – large fresh egg
1 – Steak Dog
1 – round thin sandwich bun
1 – slice of American cheese
Margarine, salt and pepper.
- Cut steak dog in half then slice open down the middle
- Heat margarine in frying pan.
- Place open dog in pan and crack egg in pan as well.
- Fry both egg and dog until done.
- Place slice of cheese on egg and cover pan until cheese has melted
- Place dog on half of the toasted sandwich bun, place egg,cheese on top and cover with other half of bun.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Serves one but with other half of dog, make a 2nd sandwich
