Flamig Farm “Egg ‘N Dog” Sandwich

Ingredients:

1 – large fresh egg
1 – Steak Dog
1 – round thin sandwich bun
1 – slice of American cheese
Margarine, salt and pepper.

Directions:

1. Cut steak dog in half then slice open down the middle
2. Heat margarine in frying pan.
3. Place open dog in pan and  crack egg in pan as well.
4. Fry both egg and dog  until done.
5. Place slice of cheese on egg and cover pan until cheese has melted
6. Place dog on half of the toasted sandwich bun, place egg,cheese on top and cover with other half of bun.
7. Salt and pepper to taste.

Serves one but with other half of dog, make a 2^nd sandwich
