Chimichurri Dipping Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 bunch fresh parsley
- ¾ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 8 gloves mince garlic
- 1 tsp cumin
- ¾ cup red wine vinegar
- 1 juiced lemon wedge
- 1 tbsp diced red onion
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- ½ tsp salt
Directions:
- Using a blender, chop the parsley roughly (whirl once)
- Add all remaining ingredients and blend until liguid.
- Store in refrigerator for at least 3 hrs before use.
- Grill, steam, or boil your Steak Dog, cut into small even pieces and serve on a platter with toothpicks, dipping your dog into this fabulous dipping sauce.
